PropertyGuru is constantly bridging out into new customers’ experiences and businesses across all our markets. One of the core roles will be the Marketing & Sales Manager (Trade Marketing) role for MyPropertyData, a fully owned subsidiary of PropertyGuru Group.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade promotions for clients Consolidate trade marketing plans of various clients into one coordinated plan. Identify trade marketing upselling activities to integrate sales and marketing efforts. Oversee and manage the implementation of trade marketing standardized process, tools, administrative activities (including approvals), for smooth execution of trade marketing activities. Develop, manage and monitor all cross-company bundling products and services and execution of trade marketing campaigns and go- to market activities Provide sales and trade spend tracking reports, including insights by channels, product categories, etc. Track target achievement and evaluate effectiveness of trade marketing plans. Partner with internal stakeholders in aligning trade marketing initiatives and sales priorities/ activities to ensure holistic integration of efforts to meet customers' need. Align with clients on agreed plans and work closely with clients Plan, manage and monitor the efficient utilization of trade spend budgets
Requirements:
At least 3 years Trade Marketing or Client Servicing Media Agency experience. In depth understanding of trade marketing fundamentals. Those with sales experience is an added advantage. Strong commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities. Be sensitive in numbers and data. Good presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in MS Office Applications i.e. Microsoft Words, Excel PowerPoint and other relevant applications for analysis, communication and presentation.
