Collaborate closely with cluster HQ (ASEAN) to develop marketing and brand strategy to drive the awareness of company's brands in the local market Develop annual marketing and brand plans to achieve defined business goals Define optimal marketing mix to drive targeted market segments through analysis of market data and business environment Cooperate with the sales team to align on strategic goals to define clear actions points Manage the overall marketing budget with clear priorities of investment areas Strategize and implement category growth plan towards business objectives Create products differentiation and segmentation strategies to compete Define product roadmap and capitalize product mix Conceptualize pricing strategies to maximize turnover and profitability Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities and maintain competitors’ benchmarking constantly Lead the acceleration of digital marketing which targets the defined audiences Coordinate and execute 360 marketing activities/campaign as per the annual marketing plan Drive brand segmentation to profile the right target audient to create brand differentiation Cultivate and curate co-branding collaboration with strategic brand partners Amplify in-store presence and manage implementation standards Create effective consumers touch point
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Omnichannel Marketing and/or Brand communication At least 3 years of leading a team Experience in working/collaboration with e-commerce e.g., D2C or Pure Players 360 Marketing Communication (ATL, BTL and Digital) Strategic planning, executional marketing and working with advertising agency Product Management knowledge
