Position: Performance Marketing Specialist

Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
?

Develop and communicate digital strategy and future roadmaps using all necessary tools

Plan and Implement performance led digital media on various platforms (FB, IG, Google, LinkedIn, etc) to drive merchant's online revenues

Analyze metrics and data to make recommendations that will increase client ROI

Generate actionable recommendations through an iterative, test-and-learn approach

Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management, Insights & Analytics. SEO, etc) to deliver the best standards for each brand account.

Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities

Understand and deep knowledge of capabilities of publisher ad serving systems (such as Facebook Ad Manager/Google Adwords) or other ad serving platforms.

Keep up-to-date with our target audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns

React quickly to client feedback and proactively make adjustments to projects when needed

Quality check on creative and copy

Keep up-to-date on digital & eCommerce landscape & trends.

What do you need to have to fit this role?

?Minimum 3-4 years experience in a digital media agency or brand digital marketing.

Experience in SEM and running Performance based marketing for eCommerce industry.

Experience interacting directly with client stakeholders

Strategic thinker and strong project management skills with a proven track record of seeing projects through from concept to post-mortem

Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups

Exceptional spelling, grammar and punctuation skills; strong attention to detail

Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
