As the Marketing Therapy Area (TA) Lead, you drive the overall strategy and delivery of the marketing initiatives for the brands in your Therapy Area (TA).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team to craft, implement and evaluate marketing activities and promotional collaterals in the TA
- Review marketing programmes and tactical decisions and implement programme changes to achieve the business objectives
- Utilise analysis of market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans
- Hire, develop and retain top talents through guidance and mentorship and in championing people development activities
- Ensure adherence to processes and regulations in execution plans
Requirements
- Your education background is in science and/or marketing and commerce, preferably with an MBA from a top university
- You have broad understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business
- You have experience in leading a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
