Massage Therapist Manager

We are looking for an experienced Massage Therapist Manager to manage, recruit, train therapist and provide massage services to customers on JSK Borneo Reef. As manager, you will be responsible for training massage treatments to our massage therapists. To be a successful manager, you should have a wide range of skills in various massage treatments, good communication skills, and the ability to advise clients on suitable treatment. Job Scope & Responsibilities:- Massage treatments & training experiences to train - Taking care of the therapists and working environment - Manage the Inventory level and stock control system - Respond and attend to ALL customer questions, needs, and wants - Cross-selling wellness therapies and products. - Making appointments and documenting treatments. - Keep your workstation and tools clean and sterile. - Adhere to hygiene standards, health and safety regulations - Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices Requirements:- 2 years & above Spa Trainer or Manager experiences - Work experiences in Resort Hotel or Wellness Centre - Have track records training or managing therapists - A Good Team Player - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Customer-oriented, friendly but professional approach - A certification in wellness therapies, massage, or related field. - Working knowledge of wellness therapies, products, and trends. - Strong creative skills.We are a Group of fast growing companies HQ-ed in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with diversified businesses in Malaysia, India, Netherlands, UK, China, Australia and other parts of the World.
