Master Trainer

Master Trainer’s (MT) role is to facilitate workshop for HappyFresh shoppers and provide hands-on training on various topics.
What you'll be doing?

How to identify quality indicators for fresh and organic items. Eg: Measuring fruit ripeness, meat freshness
Common grocery terminologies and item classifications. Eg: Dairy, gluten-free, organic, grass-fed, vegan
Understanding the purpose of particular cooking items, household items, etc . Eg: Cooking oils vs. dressing oils
Safe handling best practices including hygiene and temperature control
Common knowledge of foreign/imported products
Additional ad hoc matters with Marketing such as participation in content creation activities
Who are we looking for?

Experience working in food or grocery business is preferred
Passionate and knowledgeable in food, grocery, and fresh produce
Good understanding of food and grocery products quality control
Ability to communicate effectively and explain methods clearly
Able to travel to various locations as and when needed
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
