Job Description
The Material Planner will be based in Senai, Johor

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Plan daily AI, SMT, Wave schedule based on CTB given by planner.
Check daily output to ensure operation build based on planned schedule.
Publish daily production schedule & update SMT & Wave sequential board at production floor based on planned schedule.
Ensure all planned schedule are able to meet requested shipment plan
Work closely with planners, operation & ME to ensure planned schedule can be executed per plan.
Work with production & planners to control aged Manufacturing orders to reduce WIP.
Simulate 13 weeks in-house available capacity versus Sales order loaded in the system.
Co-ordinate with Program & Materials departments to work with IT on weekly MRP run
MLI parameter setting for new projects.
Responsible for creating all RMA/rework MO.
Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
Here is some of what you’ll need
Degree in related field
3-4 years Production Scheduling/Planning experience in EMS Manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
