Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer in a European MNC - Engineering Industry
Reporting to Project Manager, Engineering & Supply (E&S) SEA and based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will be responsible to carry out Mechanical Engineering activities on development, standardization and design of components, systems and plants to various industries likeEdible Oil System (EOS) orHydrotreated Vegetable Oil Plant (HVO).

Key Responsibilities
• Preparation of technical specifications and make technical calculations and verifications of project assigned.
• Select and design products and solutions based on customer requests and applicable standards and codes which able to deliver input to improve current technical solutions and / or develop new solutions to ensure our competitive advantage.
• Participate in verification and project meetings and close cooperation with purchase in handling of suppliers to make sure the quality of work.

Profile
You have at least2 years experience infabrication workshop/ installation supervisionrolein vegetable oil processing plant.Knowledge in API publications and ASME codebooks is a must.You have also demonstrated proven track record of over-achievement in your current or previous work capacity as a team player and customer-oriented with good communication.You are someone who are proactive, strong in analytical & problem-solving and willing to acceptextensive oversea business travelling.
