Mechanical Engineer (Facility)

Prepare monthly failure analysis summary table for whole factory equipment, suggest and implement improvement measures
Supervise and manage the development and implementation of inspection and maintenance plans for mechanical equipment/part of each group
Supervise and manage the monthly purchase plan, purchase tracking, and inventory update of each group mechanical spare parts
Prepare equipment inspection/maintenance file summary management in electronic form, inspection sheet distribution and collection and archiving, maintenance account update.
Training to improve the performance of electrical technician (Every week 1 time).
Ensure safety awareness among electrical technician before handling equipment to prevent work accident.
Maintain effective communication with suppliers on spare parts and equipment technology, and deal with relevant issues in a timely manner.
To complete other tasks arrange by of the superior.
