Mechanical Technician

Responsible to ensure the integrity and reliability of the machines is working properly.- Able to identify mechanical problem such as bearing/ chain/ shaft and etc.- Hands on in using welding set, grinder and others mechanical tools.- Ensure compliance and adherence to the Group's Health & Safety policies and advisories & OHSAS.- To ensure that all safety measures are being adhered to at all times including contractors in order to achieve zero LTI, by following SOP's Procedures and safety practices.- To ensure the reliability of all equipment mechanical part in order to achieve the plant production and reliability targets.- To work closely together in a partnership with Electrical Technician for maintenance works in order to ensure that all equipment is well maintained in the most cost effective manner.- Responsible for the execution of scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment and machine to ensure that the equipment/machine is in optimal condition and less breakdown/downtime.- Implement and adhere to all internal control rules and the code of business conduct in the area of responsibilities.- Support plant operation in 24/7 and running in shift.- Perform any other job/function that may be assigned to him by his Superior and the Company.- To do inspection in process & outgoing process quality to comply with the requirement as stimulated in quality control plan.- Hands on in hydraulic and pneumatic system.**Job Requirements**:- MLVK certificate in Mechanical Engineering.- Can write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English.- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.- Knowledge in technical engineering and best practice procedure for Steel Mesh Industry.- Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance system.- Good knowledge of maintenance philosophy.- Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Problem solving and troubleshooting.- Analytical thinking, team leadership, organizational awareness and initiative.- Able to used mechanical tools.**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per hourSchedule:- Fixed shift
