Mechanical Trainer

Responsibilities
To impart to the trainees the technical course content and program according to company requirement which includes, equipment installation, routine & corrective maintenance, preventive & predictive maintenance, heavy lifting, scheduling , cost control, project management, BOQ preparation, tender bidding and negotiation skills.
To present in the classroom and provide hands on practical training such as alignment works, precision works, precision tools, all types of welding & piping/fittings/valves, heat exchangers, reactors, towers and column including tray works, catalyst replacement works, pumps, compressor and turbines, scaffolding and fabrication works.
To follow the training schedule, classroom agendas and adjust when the need arises.
To impart to the workforce the working culture of the company and the best practices of the industries as well as the safety programs of the company.
To evaluate results and determine overall effectiveness of programs and make suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications
Degree or Masters in Mechanical Engineering courses or equivalent
Possess any trainer certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is an added advantage
Min of 8 years or more of experience in Mechanical equipment installation and maintenance related jobs in refinery or petrochemical plant#J-18808-Ljbffr
