KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Train and guide the healthcare network team on the management and handling of medical providers
- Conduct due diligence, authentication and visit audit of medical providers
- Liaise with medical providers on our panel requirements
- Obtain profile and updates of all medical providers
- Perform and complete recruitment, suspension, termination and maintenance of quality medical providers
- Monitor status of medical providers including market information
- Conduct workflow and system training to medical providers
- Support health talks/events for clients including selection/recommendation of medical providers
- Handle and manage feedback related to medical providers
- Communicate with medical providers on our Company’s updates of workflow etc.
- To perform other duties as instructed by the Management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 year(s) experience.
Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Communication skills
- Proficient in local languages.
- Customer service and result oriented.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport/ relationships with staff.
- Must be able to work independently while contributing to a strong teamwork environment
