Responsibilities:
·Responsible to develop sales strategies and plans; Responsible with merchant on-boarding and close sales.
·Maintain positive relation and open communication with all the company's departments and partners in the sales workflow process.
·Actively participate into implementing new processes in order to enhance Merchant on-boarding transition.
·Lead merchant on-boarding and API integration process, as well as approaching new merchant.
·Monitor and drive the GMV of merchants.
·Deliver effective proposals and solutions by having a thorough understanding of clients and merchants needs
·Perform market research to assess viability of potential new products and competitors analysis
·Ensure our merchant on-boarding, configuration, billing and settlements run smoothly.
·Constantly seek for opportunities in growing client and merchant sales and maintaining the relationship by providing dynamic coordination.
·Keep abreast of the market and industry situation and competitor activity in order to revise and develop strategies to meet market changes and merchants' requirements.
·Oversee daily e-commerce operations of the platforms, including uploading of new product, set up promotion or campaign.
·Manage day to day office administration and operations, as well as support the commercial team by executing all administrative duties.
·Plan, conceptualise and execute promotional/ marketing campaigns while collaborating with partners
·Analysing data and develop initiatives to increase revenues/ profitability for the portfolio; as well as making decision in building strong operational performance for own accounts.
·Liaise with merchants for promo program, merchants commission scheme, new products/ features, etc.
Requirements:
·Diploma/ Degree in any field.
·Relevant experience in e-commerce platform, brand or distributor would be an advantage.
·Digital savvy with knowledge of E-Commerce business models, operations, technology.
·Excellent command of spoken and written English, multi languages would be an added advantage.
·Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
