Position overview
Are you a competent IT Application Analyst with proven experience in developing and providing solutions to meet business requirements? allnex is looking for a Microsoft PoApplication Developer to be part of our IT Application Development and Integration team.
As an MS Power Application Developer you will support global business projects from the assessment to the deployment phase by translating functional demands into technical requirements, implementing solutions and delivering them to the business. You will also need to develop influential and trusted working relationships with other technical and business colleagues (both internal and external) to communicate and achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities
Support IT application- and interface projects by executing and delivering the projects within the budget and timeline given, as well as in line with the business requirements Conduct knowledge or solutions transfer from the project team to the operation team when there are changes in existing applications or implementation of new applications Proactively research, develop, implement, and monitor standards and best practices that will streamline workflows and maintenance within the applications supported Identify, participate, and lead process improvements and problem solving on the job to reduce defects, waste or cost and to enhance customer satisfaction Identify resolutions to complex questions from end users in a timely, positive, and professional manner Participate in the design and customization of the allnex application architecture Develop future proof solutions based on modern architecture
Required skills and experience
Solid experience as software designer and developer of database-based applications In depth knowledge and experience in developing, enhancing and troubleshooting Microsoft based solutions: Developing .net WinForms/WPF applications Developing .net Web applications Building solutions based on MS Power Platform Experience in writing complex queries and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server HTML and JavaScript knowledge Strong analytical skills and efficient communication skills Self-driven, take accountability for delivering results Excellent written and verbal communication in English is a must Strong problem-solving skills: possess capability in troubleshooting application issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field, or equivalent through experience. Certification from recognized authority preferred (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform App Maker Associate, Database Fundamentals, Database Development).
