The CRM Functional Consultant will provide requirement study, configure system as per customer requirement, testing, training. Requirements: Work with Customers to understand their business requirements and scope out application configuration, modifications and custom development Works collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely project delivery. Implement, Train users, Lad applications testing, User Acceptance testing and support implementations through Go Live. Prepare Functional requirement and functional design for customization Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report Perform Go-Live support. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong Microsoft Office application skills.
