Minor Modifications For Two 3D Models (Stl)

I have two 3D models that require minor modifications.
Model 1:
increase diameter of semi-sphere holes around the disc from 3.2mm to 4.5mm (see fig1)
increase distance between semi-sphere holes from 0.6mm to 0.85mm (see fig2)
two above modifications can increase the part diameter (should be kept is range 32 to 36mm), and its height (should be kept in range 12 to 13mm), see fig3 and fig4
Model 2:
increase internal diameter of rim from 86 to 91mm (see fig5), outer diameter of rim will also increase 90 to 95 mm
keep all the rest dimensions the same as in original design
