Mis/ It Executive

Job Description Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 2?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports.
Required language(s):?Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Self motivated and detail-oriented.
Experienced in liaison with external IT consultants/ vendors.
Knowledge in hardware and / or system troubleshooting would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, designers, etc.
Assist in system testing and implementations which includes but not limited to providing end users training in application usage.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network problems to the end users.
Perform backup of critical data according to schedule.
Handle other ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
