Job Description
1st level General IT and application support for local IBU
2nd level General IT and application in selected areas and ESCATEC Group
IT infrastructure, telecommunication system and IT application project management, hands-on installation/configuration, support and maintenance
IBU IT system administration
Lead/Assist in ESCATEC Project Implementation.
Support General IT, Infor ERP LN,?MES System,?PLM and other ESCATEC Application
User account maintenance
Installation and configuration
1st/2nd level application support (IT aspect)
Basic coding
Software support
Support users in office application (Ms Word, Excel & Power Point)
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent for fresh graduate without working experience. Professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Study/ Information Technology or equivalent for candidate with 5 years or more relevant working experience.
Ability in Window Server, File & Print Server, Networking, Hardware, familiar with window application
Preferably with minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry
Preferably with coding knowledge in .Net environment, SQL query and other popular language/platform
Fast learner, independent, quick response, good in planning, analytical and problem solving skills
