Mortgage Product Manager-(240001NZ)DescriptionLead and develop product value proposition to enhance client product experiences and build competitive advantagesDrive product acquisition, balances and manage all conventional & Islamic product processWork with respective stakeholders to develop product features based on requirements including system development enhancementManage and co-ordinate all marketing communications activities for mortgage loans and financing productsTrain sales teams (internal and external) on new products/ new campaigns or if there are product enhancements/changesDrive sales teams to achieve product sales, including identifying opportunity for alternative sales channelsManage the Department marketing expense and ensure marketing expenses are effectively tracked/controlled and expensedMonitor, measure and track all product and campaign progress / performanceQualificationsMinimum Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing related and/or BankingMinimum 5 years working experience in Mortgage or any other secured lending products in Banking InstitutionMarketing and product development experience will be an added advantagePossesses in dept knowledge, experience and exposures to Shariah Principles for Islamic Financing will be added advantageAble to work cross functionally and with people of all levels as well as with agency and suppliersStrong inter-personal, analytical, communication and negotiation skillsPleasant personality with good work attitude and able to work independently and meet deadlinesComputer literate
