Motorcycle Sales Manager (Kuching)

Responsibilities : 1. To be able to lead, manage, organize, and coordinate team members with mínimal supervision. 2. To plan and monitor overall sales targets. 3. To implement sales programs, roadshows, and marketing events to increase sales volume and profitability. 4. To capitalize on team members' strengths and ability to contribute towards work goals. 5. Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales results or other information to management based on the required time frame. Job Requirement : - Minimum SPM qualification - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in relevant field will be added advantage. - Preferably with a minimum of 2 years working experience in a Managerial post and a minimum 3 years' experience in related industry. - Passionate and enthusiasm towards Motorcycles - Result-oriented, excellent interpersonal, good communication skills, and able to handle challenging situations.
