Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
Required language(s):?Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 3?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
To prepare resin preheating, setup and startup molding machines to produce molded parts in compliance with specifications.
To perform product conversion, such as change of mould, change of inserts & mould test.
To ensure & maintain quality standards & cycle times for each product to meet injection schedule.
To ensure preventative maintenance of the injection machine and repairs are performed, to reduce machine downtime.
To identify the root cause of product defects, process failures or machine breakdown and perform immediately actions to overcome the issues and ensure smooth production.
Troubleshoot mold failures and repairing, perform service and maintenance.
To monitor and ensure 5S concepts in daily practice.
Any other duties as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
