Details of the offer

Ensure dunning calls being made to follow-up on collections. (MY has set a minimum target of 20 calls/emails daily and to submit daily status via email to Credit Control Manager) To drive MY collections and to work closely with all MY Partners/Directors/Managers in all aspect of collections To ensure daily MY collections being documented via ‘AR Collection Matching Record’ for all functions. Access via daily log in with online banking to view and to print out daily deposit transactions for review/identification and recording. To assist CCM in negotiation with clients on installment plan especially from group of companies with the consent from MY Partners/Management. To liaise/follow-up with Deloitte worldwide interfirm offices on AR and to reciprocate on AP To assist CCM to initiate suspension of services to clients & to initiate legal action with the consent from MY Partners. Assisting CCM/MY Finance in clearing unidentified deposits items in the bank reconciliation and to obtain withholding tax certificate/receipt from clients and Deloitte worldwide interfirm offices for claiming tax credits. To assist in sending workflow for daily ARCMR records to SEA SSC and to liaise with eng team for cn and refund to clients with approval from Eng Partners, raise memo & obtain the relevant documents to arrange for refund to clients due to overpayment/subsequent discount granted & overbilling & etc. To assist Credit Control Manager in all other credit control matters.

Requirements
1 or 2 years of working experience in collections Willing to make daily phone calls/sending emails to follow-up for collections.
