In this role, you will assume a pivotal position in shaping and executing our national sales strategies, leading a team of dedicated sales professionals, nurturing substantial client relationships, and ensuring the successful accomplishment of revenue objectives. Job Responsibilities: Formulating and executing national sales strategies. Providing leadership and guidance to our sales team. Identifying fresh opportunities for market expansion. Overseeing the sales budget, reporting, and forecasting. Cultivating robust client relationships. Collaborating with various departments to harmonise sales efforts with company objectives. Job Requirements: Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. Demonstrable evidence of accomplishments in the development and execution of sales strategies. Exhibiting strong leadership and communication competencies. A commitment to remaining informed about trends in the FMCG market in Malaysia.
