Open Position: Network Engineer Level 2 (Telecommunication)

An MNC IT Service Provider is looking for Network Engineer Level 2 (Telecommunication) to join their team based in Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:
Provide Level 2 Technical Network Support to regional clients Good experience in network troubleshooting, monitor, and analysis by using network managements tools and system. Strong experience in Telco technology and Layer 2 Having IT certifications CCNP is a MUST. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience and Telco related Technology experience Must have working experience with Layer 2, SDH, DWDM and IP networking Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
