Network Management Executive

Support wide range of Network & Quality Operations activities for the company across the region.Provide standard analysis of data and manages the related predefined communication requirements on day-to-day basisManage day-to-day quality audit activities through system or on field inspection pertaining to quality, delivery and service standard. Ensure operation team in compliance to SOP & policy.Liaise with customer and internal operation team for service & quality related issues.Provide support in preparation, update and regular review all relevant process documentation for the service line and the supporting/enabling functions.Implementation of network expansion plan, contributes to identifying opportunities for improvements and simplifying Support the team in cultivating culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Job Requirements:At least 1 year working experience in related field.Computer literate in MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point & etc)Good command of spoken and written in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.Spoken and written in Mandarin is a must or Chinese client.Good communication skills, strong analytical skills, self motivated, teamwork, initiatives, detailed oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.Possess own transport, willing to travel within Perak region as required and work extra hours & on shift during Sunday or Public Holiday (within working hours from 9am-6pm).**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
