The essence of the role As our New Sales Executive, you will transform customer into dedicated fans by leading client accounts and delivering strategic, high-quality work.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will maintain a deep understanding of your clients' business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on account development and growth.
As our New Sales Executive you will: Identify and target potential enterprise clients across Malaysia, effectively positioning our CPaaS solutions to meet their communication needs.
Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for client acquisition opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects at multiple levels within enterprise organisations, guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing, product and partner teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements and enhance the customer experience.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic account management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system to track progress and inform strategy.
·Be hyper-focused on solving client pain points with out-of-the-box thinking.
Act as the first point of escalation to customers.
The role is based in KL, Malaysia and reports to the Regional Director, Southeast Asia.
Who are you?
In order to be successful for this role, we believe you have: Proven experience in sales within the CPaaS, technology, or telecommunications industries.
Preferred experience in financial services, commerce/retail, healthcare and technology industries.
Strong understanding of enterprise client dynamics and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
Operates at a high pace and focuses on strong relationship-based selling.
Making client site visits and presentations as key aspect of the role.
A pro-active approach to using internal relationships to exceed customer expectations and support the team.
Ability to engages and persuade mid- level to senior level management.
·Strong problem solving skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems and develop solutions.
Must have the ability to see patterns and deconstruct problems to develop solutions.
A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to interface with support team on a daily basis.
Experience with Salesforce, proposal tools, and other sales utilities.
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
