As a member of e-commerce team member, to take active part in ecommerce activities and to check and follow-up in order fulfillment.To provide training, nutrition information, product information and services to customers / media / sales & marketing department to promote and maintain proper nutritional practices, healthy lifestyle and weight management.Have the opportunity to be onscreen to provide nutrition information to customers.Attracts potential customers and provide customer service by answering product and service questions by customers; informing the merits of suitable products and solving customers’ queries.Extending information sharing services to corporate companies in order to gain new customer base and increase sales.Present latest update information on market trend by actively engaging in market research.Grow and utilize customer database in order to promote sales and marketing activitiesSupport branding activities and new market expansion programs.Performs any other functions that may be added in line with the Company's expansion programme in the future.JOB REQUIREMENTSCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent.Experience in customer service, training and product commercialization would be an advantage.Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn.Well verse in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.(Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam)
