Greenlife Staffing is seeking qualified professionals with experience in the delivery of services to and the administrative oversight and quality improvement of programs that identify and evaluate infants and toddlers whose healthy development is compromised. Preferred Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a NYS licensed speech Occupational Therapist.

Two years of experience conducting evaluations for the NYS Early Intervention Program and/or;

NYS approval as an Early Intervention provider.

Two years of experience in the administration and/or fiscal management of an organization providing service to young children with developmental delays and their families.

Two years of experience in quality improvement and utilization review.

Job Description:

Review previous provider and municipality monitoring reports, and Department approved corrective action plans (CAPs).

Review provider credentials and other documents maintained in personnel records.

Review a sample of early intervention evaluation reports, IFSPs and written orders

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively with clinical and administrative personnel.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Utilize data-capture tools to record results.

Travel to on-site review assignments.
