What you will do: Sales Promotion Visit customers regularly and promote products (automation related) within assigned Penang area. Convert opportunities from partners (Distributors) into Orders and Sales. Build and manage relationship with End Users or OEM in order to create pull actions. Carry out frequent demo and explain our product features and benefits clearly to End Users and OEM. Data Collection and Reporting Responsible to collect data and update reporting tool and customer portfolio. Obtain information on competitors, key contact person, potential projects etc. Identify project information to be distributed to relevant parties. Geographical coverage Ensure assigned geographical area is well served. Identify new dealers and market potential for SE’s products. Be responsible for order and sales growth for assigned accounts. Internal relations Maintain and develop good relations with team members and colleagues of other departments in order to realize follow up action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast of information and latest update. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 2 years relevant experience in sales Good understanding of local distribution and OEM market – distributors and dealers, customers and market development. Strong business acumen and analytical mind Good presentation and Interpersonal skills
