**Duties & Responsibilities**:- l Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, issuing receipts etc- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock- To do the E auto transaction for all branches.- To activate and monitor the GPS for all branches.- To register vehicle insurance for new customers and renew insurance & road tax for existing customers (Kuching branches).- To perform Purchase Orders/ Service Order for Motorcycles, Used Car, Spart parts, GPS, Office Stationery/ Office Fitting, Repair & Maintenance, etc- To relieve staff on leave for respective departments when needed.- To perform stock take for branches if and when required.- Maybe required to travel when necessary.- To prepare reports when required by the Management.- Sending & retrieving documents to/from branches, banks, auditors & other agencies.- Banking in cheques at the bank.- Settling utility bills, loans, etc.- Dealing with IRB (tax agreement, trade license renewal, etc.); Post Office (sending letters, renewing road tax, purchasing RPO, etc.); JPJ (ownership transfer, renewing company license, etc.); and other agencies.- Sending motorcycles or cars for Puspakom inspection.- Sending / picking up motorcycles to/from branches or suppliers.- Sending documents / cheques to the director for signature.- Assisting in maintenance and office organization such as changing lights, arranging furniture, cleaning the office environment, disposing of trash daily.- Washing and cleaning company vehicle or offices at all the branches.- To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Manager and his/her representative where he/she deems it relevant to your job scope.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per monthAbility to Commute:- Kuching (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuching: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 04/01/2024
