1. Responsible for the bill payments, delivery & pick-ups of mails, documents, packages & other items other office, PO Box, government offices, post office, bank or any other location that may be required in a timely manner. 2. Collecting and distributing documents, couriers or parcels among staff. 3. Collecting staff lunch if required. 4. Assisting office staff in wide range of office duties. 5. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment. 6. Undertake any other related tasks assigned by superior from time to time.ZHA Environmental Sdn. Bhd. (ZHA) is the pioneer in Sarawak to collect used tyres for recycling. Since its commencement in 1998, it started collecting tyres mainly from the Kuching area before it started its recycling operations in Kota Samarahan in the mid-2000s. Today, ZHA is the appointed sole contractor to the Sarawak Government in its environmental programme to collect and recycle used tyres throughout the State. With the Government's great dedication and commitment, an 8-hectare site in the Integrated Waste Management zone, along the Matang-Batu Kawa Road in Kuching has been alienated to ZHA for the construction of the recycling plant and the used tyre storage centre. The construction of the plant was completed in the second half of 2012 and was successfully commissioned in October, 2012. ZHA's operations was relocated from Kota Samarahan to this new plant which has an annual recycling capacity of 10,000 MT of tyres per year.SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
