An exciting Office Manager job in an FMCG company in Kuala Lumpur has just become available. You will be assisting the Executive Director on day-to-day matters.

About the Office Manager Role:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful Office Manager manages office maintenance such as office workspace, insurance, stationery and sundries, safety of employees, bills payment, uniform, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to all secretarial and personal administrative and research support duties confidentially
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on all matter company and personal matters
- Prepare minutes of meetings and any secretarial work which includes quotation comparison, market research, market study, etc.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, etc.
- Organise travelling plans and itinerary of the Directors and make necessary booking arrangement
- Handle and organise corporate events such as Company Annual Dinner, Company Trips, etc.
- Perform any such comparable duties consistent with the level of this position and as required by the CEO/Managing director from time to time and shall respond positively to any ‘call-in’ work and perform additional working hours when required
- Manage company petrol card, company insurance, company vehicles, mobile phone and all general/office administration matters
- Supervise and verify Drivers overtime. Prepare and submit Claims for directors
- Undertake any ad hoc assignments tasked by Directors To succeed in this Office Manager role, you must develop credible and trusted professional relationship with Executive Director to ensure sustainable partnership excellence.

Key Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or related field
- Minimum of three years' working experiences in Office Administration
- Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and strict confidentiality
- Tech savvy, keep up to date and apply new knowledge and skills
- Ability to effectively work in a matrix environment and deal with ambiguity
- Strong interaction, communication and analytical skills and resourceful in problem solving This is an FMCG company with a strong reputation in Malaysia.
