Description: JOB SUMMARY Process and monitor employees’ medical benefits, medical utilization, reimbursement insurance claims and invoices Process employees’ retirement benefits applications Process employees’ benefits applications such as house and car interest subsidy claim Process employees’ welfare (i.e voucher for new baby born, marriage, etc) Prepare and process appointment letter and acceptance of resignation letter for executive and above level of employees including Expats Process and monitor Expatriates employment pass and Visa applications with Immigrations Monitor expiry and prepare renewal of the Fixed Term Employment Contract for both local and expatriates as per the Company’s guidelines, Employment Act and Management’s approval Administer resignation records and data from various sources (i.e resignation letter, HRIS systems, emails, etc) to ensure employee resignations are well handled in accordance to the Company’s guidelines and process. Also ensure latest employees’ information are updated in the HRIS systems Coordinate and liaise with relevant Government Bodies (i.e Immigration, MIDA, IRB,SOCSO, etc) on the employment pass and visa for Expatriates. Prepare and generate monthly medical utilization report, employees’ turnover and new hire report, exit interview, etc Communicate and attend to employees queries on employee benefits, resignation process, Visa & employment pass related matters, etc., Qualification: Degree in Human Resource or Business Administartion or Social /Applied Science (Statisctics/Mathermatics/Actuarial Science)from recognized Higher Institution CGPA: 3.00 and above Skills & Knowledge required: Knowledge in employment Act 1955, Statutory Acts (Socso, EPF)& IRB Act Strong computer literacy (i.e Microsoft Excel, Words & Powerpoint) Knowledge in administering employees benefits and HR admin Experience and knowledge in administering expatriate & foreign workers would be an added advantage Personal requirements: Good time management and able to meet deadline Able to multi tasking Meticulous and manage work stress appropriately Positive mindset and good work attitude Good communications (verbal & written)and interpersonal skills
