Case distribution - Act as the first point of contact for all incoming faxes/documents.
- Responsible on receiving, sorting and distributing incoming faxes documents according to established procedures.
- Identify documents and matching documents with claim files.
- Registering documents received in medical in-patient system.
- Distribute documents / claim files to Case Processing Unit according to daily task assigned.

SPM or equivalent
Diploma preferred
