Every role in SEAOIL contributes significantly to the company. Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job:

Monitors the activities of the involved departments to ensure that the acquired stations are operational on the prescribed time. Monitors the progress of all station pre-turnover activities to ensure that the stations are turned over to Dealer/Operator on prescribed time.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures all concerns related to pre-turnover or pre-opening will be addressed to other departments.
2. Consolidates, updates, and monitors regularly the status of Station Pre-Turnover and Station Pre-Opening database nationwide.
3. Coordinates with Regional Supervisors to ensure proper documentation and record of databases and files of the department.
4. In case of pre-termination or non renewal of Franchise/Operator Contract, responsible in coordinating with involved departments for turn-over of station from Dealer/Operator to COCO based on the terms and conditions specified in the Dealer/Operator Contract.
5. In case of pre-termination or non-renewal of Lease, responsible in coordinating with involved departments for turn-over of property from the company to the lot owner based on terms and conditions specified in the Lease Contract.
6. Assists the Regional Supervisors in station turn-over or opening.
7. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications

must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably in engineering or business
must have a Driver’s license
must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales or project management
must have effective communication skills and negotiation skills
must be self-motivated; optimistic; goal-oriented
must be willing to do field work
must be willing to extend working hours, work on weekends and holidays, if needed
Expectations from Candidates

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
