Provide analytical data, and brainstorm/support and execute digital marketing plan/strategies according to ads objective and budget allocation with respective departments and ensuring the effectiveness of the campaign. Asses against ROIs, KPIs and any other key metrics.
Manage and execute daily performance operations. Execute daily social posting and create social ads as scheduled, and Google related ads such as SEM, GDN and YouTube.
Monitor and ensure Google and Facebook product feed are being updated by checking the Google Merchant Center and Facebook Catalogue Manager on a daily basis to ensure Smart Shopping ads and Facebook product feed are running smoothly.
Update Facebook shop products and catalog in Facebook Ads Manager to align with current onsite promotion.
Identify digital marketing trends, opportunities for better performance growth and engage/target to right audience and drive relevant online traffic.
Monitor and analyze onsite website traffic trend and provide insightful action plan to improve traffic performance on daily basis.
Prepare post mortem report of related campaigns on digital marketing planning and budgeting for upcoming campaign.
Execute email blasting as scheduled, email automation to target audiences accurately and setting up the template based on the significance needs of each campaign to ensure timely EDM delivered.
Monitor and optimize the open rate and click rate for each emails in order to attain customer retention. -|-
Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or any related field.
At least 4 years of relevant working experience.
Understanding of E-Commerce best practices.
At least intermediate level knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook ads manager.
Strong in analytic and problem-solving skills.
Good handling time-sensitive projects and working to deadlines.
With a good sense of insights to optimize the strategic performance.
Have experience in identifying targeted audience based on the nature of the campaigns.
Up-to-date with the latest trends of Facebook and Google and experience in execution of social media posting and ads are mandatory.
Strong in interpersonal skills, proactive and able to managing Google and Facebook network.
Able to work independent and a good team player within a team.
Able to work extra-miles for ad-hoc basis/during non-working hour.
