Operation Executive

- Ensure that all staff members are working in compliance with the company’s procedures and protocols- Monitor and assess daily financial operations and performance management processes- Assist to plan manpower for operations and ensure the daily, weekly and monthly audit report are accurately completed in timely manner.- Support growth and program development- Report to the management, supervise and be responsible for the overall daily operations- To train and develop employees in their job duties to ensure smooth operations of outlet- Handle day to day operations including provide customer service and beverage making- To manage customer's complaintTo ensure and oversee cash management, stock control behind the outlet is in-line with company policies- To monitor production workers in the minor quality problem, hygiene and cleanliness- Ensure that finished product achieved the required quality and quantity standard - Ensure all administration task are accurately completed in timely manner.- Oversee the planning and execution of special events to ensure success- Work closely with the Human Resources Department to train, develop, hire and retain employees
