Job RequirementsCandidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
Preferably at least 1-2 years of related working experience in a contact centre.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Experience in Terminal (POS) handling (Retail Job) with end-of-day settlement.
Familiarity with transaction authorization and terminal handling for Payment Schemes (Visa, MasterCard, UPI, DuitNow, MyDebit).
Good communication skills in English and Malay, both spoken and written.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work 24 hours, including shifts, as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
