Operation Executive

Responsibilities: Managing Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio. Assist in preparing documents relating to Intellectual Property matters and handled in a timely and efficient manner. Attending to client's enquiries. Conduct legal research and responding to office actions. Liasing with MyIPO and foreign IP associates. Track and report IP maintenance, renewal, and filling requirement. Files and documents management. Schedule and coordinate meetings. Operative and Administrative tasks. Job Type: Full-time Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field. Bachelor's in Science and Business are welcomed. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English (written and spoken) Fresh graduates are welcomed, guidance will be provided. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Canvas Strong time management, detail-oriented and organized Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively. Candidate must be passionate in self-growth and is willing to learn.
