Operation Manager - Kedah (Rubber Molding)

Position: Operations Manager Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah**Responsibilities**:- Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity- Manage and develop a team of operations staff, including hiring and training as needed- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service- Monitor and analyze KPIs and other performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take action to optimize operations- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional communication and coordination- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting and financial planning- Establish vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality and costeffective services- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to drive business growth- Manpower sizing in operations and monitor on all sales achievement**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinatonal company- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Experience in financial management and budgeting If you're interested in this position, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
