Job Functions:- To maintain workers' hostel in accordance with the company and customer requirement- To brief to the workers on the hostel rules and regulations and do and don't- To assist in bank opening account for new worker within the lead time- To communicate with payroll department, maintenance department and transport arrangement- To perform self-audits on hostels and transport on a regular basis- To provide immediate respond during emergency issues (eg: fighting/ death/ accident etc)- Attend to window times at factory and hostels for workers concerns and grievances- To support workers whenever they need arrangement for sickness treatment, bank related matter, holiday, renewal passport or permits- To support local recruitment and foreign worker recruitment on the interview and hiring process- Ensure drivers wear uniform, on time arrival, clock in, and report transport lateness- To arrange FOMEMA for new arrival of foreign workers- Prepare relevant reports and conduct documentation filling as appropriates and submit to manager- Establish hostel occupants name list and review attrition whener required- To maintain an up-to-date transport master listing with relevant details- Maintain foreign workers personl files- Attend to statutory bodies, associations, agencies in regards to workers matters- Respond to Root Cause Action Plan on the audit finding (Hostel/Transport)- Collect and submit PBA & TNB bills to office**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:All employee must comply COVID-19 SOP set by government.Application Question(s):- Please state your expected salary.**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
