Operations Executive

-Plan, execute and deliver customer’s orders as per customer’s requirements.-Ensure inventory management is accurate.-Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply.-Manage customer’s enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.-Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies.-Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.-Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement-Fluent in English and Mandarin-Hands on experience in handling international shipment and customs clearance-Knowledge in shipping terms, experience in using accounting software for invoicing and preparation of shipment documentation-Experience in automotive accessories will be highly desirable
