About the roleOur MNC client is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our customer service operations.
This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
Monitoring and analyzing customer service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance customer experience
Providing leadership, training, and support to the customer service team
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
Generating reports and presenting data-driven insights to management
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service operations role, preferably in a contact center environment
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
Proficient in data analysis and report generation, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with call center technologies and software tools
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence
