Operations Executive @ Yun Bridge Noodle

Bringing to you the taste of Yunnan we are looking for passionate individuals in F&B for the role of Operations Executive.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing multiple F&B outlets
- Able to work in a Non-Halal restaurant
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
- Experience in restaurant Kitchen will be an added advantage
- Communication skills
- Outlets and people management skills
- Profit and Loss management
- Able to travel to multiple outlet locations within Klang Valley
Responsibilities:
- Develop new front of house best practices
- SOP implementation for all Yun outlets
- Ensure staffs maintain proper customer service level
- Weekly Quality, Service, Cleanliness (QSC) check for all Yun outlets
- Assist in hiring process (interview potential candidates)
- Provide training to front of house staffs
- Ensure day to day operations are being managed properly
