Operations Intern

About the RoleAs an Operations Intern, you are expected to take ownership on these responsibilities:-Performing product labelling task for Data Science team; -Supporting Sales Team in data management and lead generation;-Assisting People and Operations team in employee engagement activities;-Assisting in any project initiatives by the Project Management Team; and-Working cross-department on any relevant tasks.You will be a good fit if you have the following traits: Organised. You are able to plan and exercise conscious control of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity. You are always on top of the progress of the projects you’re handling.Thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have no problem in managing multiple projects and resources concurrently with high attention to detail while being adaptive toward change.Detail-oriented. You have an eye for details and you make sure that all your i's are dotted and t's are crossed.Eager to learn. You have the eagerness to learn from different departments and act proactively to find resources in helping the team in decision making. You are comfortable being uncomfortable.
