Order Processing Assistant

Responsible to generate production work order in NC system.
Responsible to verify work order compare with original document, ensure information is understandable and clear.
a) Contract name, purchase number, expected delivery date, quantity, total area of fabrication.
b) Product structure, thickness and color of raw material, type of tempered, Coating and Ceramic reference code, thickness and color of PVB, spacer and sealant.
c) Curve tempered, logo and Packing required etc.
d) Odd shape/stepping glass product requirement (such drawing)
e) If there is any ambiguity in the above content, it should be promptly reflected to team leader.
Responsible to ensure all information details input to NC system are clear and accurate for production work order.
Responsible to verify work order that produce by team members.
Responsible to ensure customer contract / purchase order had keep in safe after work order completed produce and verify
Responsible to prepare, re-design and make adjustment on project label based on customer requirement.
Responsible to assist and complete task for superior.
Responsible to update call off list report
