WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will be reporting to the Director, HRBP and you will provide HR leadership & support for the Malaysia/Philippines organization. The HRBP coaches the leader and his/her leadership team and provides expertise in the development & support of the organizational talent and diversity strategy, talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and labor & employee relations issues.

You will provide HR and executive coaching support to leaders in the Malaysia/Philippines. Create and drive the talent and diversity strategy and initiatives for the assigned organization.

- You will support all talent management, organizational design and organizational alignment activities within client group(s). Lead client restructuring activities when necessary. Contribute to organizational change management activities when necessary.
- Coach leaders and members of leadership team(s) to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, etc.).
- You will provide learning strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.
- You will provide Talent Acquisition support and on point for local in-market Global Talent Acquisition activities.
- You will provide leadership and project management to critical HR initiatives across the Malaysia/Philippines as needed.
- You shall collaborate across the HR network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client’s business strategy.
- You will provide Employee Relations advice and consult to managers on items such as performance management/improvement, issue/conflict resolution, policy, procedure, law and standards education.
- You will provide Labor Relations advice and consult to managers and union officials including contract interpretation expertise to management, assisting management with investigating, answering and resolving grievances and providing labor relations support in preparation for and during contract negotiations.
- You will provide consult on Compensation & Benefit strategy & execution, which may include competitive benchmarking, pension program support, benefit enrollment, local vendor management. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in any field equivalent by experience
- At least five to six years in relevant HRBP function
- Experience in Talent Management, Talent Development and Learning & Organizational Development
- A Strong interpersonal and people skill
- Sense of urgency and strong business acumen
- High level of EQ and sensitivity WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- You are expected to provide high level of adaptability to the changing needs of a diverse business
- You will be responsible in leading a team of individuals to drive performance and implement successful HR projects Our Support Functions deliver services and makes recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the experience of working at our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.
