Who You Are:
Position Summary:The OTC Lead Accountant is responsible for full AR functions for local and overseas entities.
This role includes ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and verifying and posting receipts.
You will also analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and ensure the company operates efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day AR function activities.
Preparation and generation of sales invoices and debit/credit notes.
Generating debtor's account statements and follow-up on overdue accounts.
Perform cash application and bank statement reconciliation.
Monitor revenue data & cash collection, verify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
Perform month-end closing, verify, and analyse financial reports.
Support the financial audit activities independently.
Assist the Section Manager in the day-to-day operations of the AR section whenever required.
Any ad hoc requests required by the management.
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a dynamic environment.
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Practical experience with SAP ERP systems.
Able to speak and write in English is a must.
Able to speak in Chinese, Thai, and Korean is preferred.
