Outlet Retail Supervisor (Lia)

JOB DESCRIPTION
i . Handling cash management, store administration and customer service.
ii . Monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems, assisting and identifying customer inquiries and complaints and making appropriate recommendations for corrective solutions to meet their needs and expectations.
iii . Planning and preparing sales and inventory report.
iv . Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
v . Managing orders stock inventory to enhance sales activities
vi . Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
vii. Train new employee representatives.
JOB ELIGIBILITY
i. Skillful in use basic computer and highly knowledge in cash management, store administration and customer service.
ii. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and critical thinking.
iii.Excellent in customer support, ability to assess customers needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer.
iv. Ability to multitask, highly responsible and manage time efficiently.
