Job Description - Minimum 3-5 years Food & Beverages Experience
- Ensure all staff are attentive to customer request
- Table Arrangement Management
- available for work during big event.
- propose the management on better service and concept.
Job scoop
- Cleaning and mopping of whole service area.
- Arranging table setting of the outlet.
- Cleaning outside dining table
- Preparing side station mise-en-place
- Able to prepare ordering of stock
- Can take care the outlet without manager supervision.
- Able to communicate with customer well as part of CRM program.
- Able to recommend food variety to the customer.
- Able to train junior to perform more task.
- Ensure daily job are complete before closing.
- Able to perform cashier duty.
- Able to search and purchase any stock if supplier unable to send.
